About Jo
Hi, I’m Jo — Occupational Therapist & Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner
I specialise in prevention, early intervention, and sustainable behaviour change. I help people promote and protect their brain health by looking at the full picture: nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, routines, environment, relationships, and the habits that shape daily life.
My approach is holistic, evidence‑based, and deeply person‑centred. I don’t offer generic advice — I work with you to understand what matters, what’s getting in the way, and what meaningful, realistic change looks like for you.
Why I Work Independently
Preventative services have been reduced across public systems, leaving little room for proactive care. Working independently allows me to offer personalised, evidence‑based support that simply isn’t possible within NHS constraints.
